They have used covid as a excuse to stay closed, you canu2019t even drop off your stuff there you have to send it through the mail which is not safe. They are very unprofessional. Instead of writing my address on the envelope to send back to me, they tore my address off the envelope I sent them and taped it to the front. This is a SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE. It should be way more professional since they are dealing with such important information.

I had my two little kids with me. 3 years and 16 months old. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She asked me to keep my kids quiet when they were just playing and being kids. How do you ask a baby to be quiet? All of the employees seem miserable.
