My Mother has had nothing but attitude from her case working. Her current case is on hold and has been sense October 2020. She is 74 yeas old and a cancer survivor. This was and is her only income. She has not received any of this income for over 9 months. She has tried everything to appeal her case with zero success. She finally heard back from her case worker who says he is only one persona and doesn't know when he will get to her case. In the mean time she does not have any money to pay bills.
Case workers are rude and WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS
