I only wish I had gone in person whenI filed instead of online as this office was exceptionally helpful. Hopefully the hold up will be resolved soon since that was beyond the scope of what the gentleman could do since I filed online. Would recommend using this office.

Rude employees indeed. The information online for obtaining a new card for a child is not exactly straightforward so I called this office to verify. One man said I need shot records, SS5 form, and birth certificate.. that was yesterday. Ok, today I drive to the office and call asking if I can hand the paperwork to someone (Iu2019m not mailing the original birth certificate that took me 8 months to get it). An employee named Willie answered and told me that only the supervisor was in the building and refuses to see anyone. First of all, every time I tried to speak to Willie I got interrupted. Secondly, Willie told me the shot records are no good that I need to have a letterhead with my childu2019s pediatrician verifying this and that to send in. Does any employee know what they are doing or do they just not care? I donu2019t appreciate getting the run around over documents the government requires my child to have. Iu2019ll send in what I have and if thereu2019s a problem I will be speaking to someoneu2019s boss and it will not be pleasant.

My husband and I went to get his information updated for his disability check. We were told that someone would call and finish the process. That was a week ago. When I called the staff was extremely rude. Twice. And gave us no information. If they refuse to do their jobs I don't know how we are going to pay the rent this month.

My bother has a severe learning disabilitie and can't read or spell. He had reserved a letter and some papers fill out so he went to the office to get help filling them out. When he got to the window to get help the men said can't you read to do this your self when my bother said he couldn't the man laughed and sent him home told him to get family to do it for him. I called the office the next day told them what happened and ask why that didn't help him they are supposed to have people on staff to help the disabled or any that don't speak English. I was told they would get back to me they didn't.

The lady I deal with on the phone is rude, not helpful and completely unprofessional. Providing the best service and achieving excellence is obviously not a priority to this organization.
