Horrible rude agent. Unhelpful, unknowledgeable waste of space. Agent couldnt answer any questions at all. I wish they would hire useful people. This bitter useless individual is the worst agent I have ever spoken with. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT

After reading the bad reviews in here I thought I needed to write my own experience today. My husband and I had an appointment with them this morning and the manager Ms.Miller was the nicest and sweetest, she took her time to answer all our questions. I made several calls to this office and Ms.Tucker was the one answering my phone calls, so thankful for all her help. And I cant forget the security lady I believe her name was Linda was also very sweet, funny and friendly. Thankful for them!

This review is more towards the call center. You have to wait about an hour to speak to someone. Eventually once we spoke with someone, they scheduled us an appointment. Great right? Well we go to this location at the designated time only for them to tell us their system says we were scheduled for a different time. Wow! So we waited for no reason only to be rescheduled for a different day/time.

Call center are the worst people and have the worst attitude in talking, and when they don't like someone they just hang up while they still talking.

The staff had attitudes for being at work, I had to tell her what I needed completed and why I could not fet a bank account until she gave me the form....which she never did and had to do a follow up to what she told me would be done later. Yes and wait time was awful....yet the hours for Wednesdays is 9-12... REALLY????? Truly wish and pray these services were better because it is our tax dollars at work.

This is a very small office with maybe 20 seats. I could see how going here on a busy day would be a problem due to the limited seating, but I did not have that experience. I arrived at 9:00am and left by 9:25am. The representative I worked with was helpful. The security guard was friendly, also.

The WORST receptionist/security EVER.. She is loud, rude & has NO customer service! Sits on HER PHONE, talks to her friends leaning on the desk. Not sure what her name was but I received a call from the doctors office (currently pregnant) and it was urgent that I took this call. Instead of her POLITELY reminding that there were to be no calls made IN the WAITING AREA (where no confidential information is being discussed) she yells u201cMAu2019AM NO PHONE CALLS WHILE WAITINGu201d singling me out. Whereas there is NO signage displayed with this u201cruleu201d. Would rather wait downtown or in Trussville for hours before dealing with this again.

I've been waiting for my Backpay for 7 months now. They say my documents are not in the system and i have a copy of them being date time stamped. I've been to this office 3 times and they have no record of me. It doesn't make any sense and I highly recommend anyone go to a different office. Someone isn't doing their job.

The worst experience ever! Went to update my name after the citizenship and the person didnt save and sent me the same exact card. Went back after 2 weeks and they said sorry and updated the info but never sent me the card! I called and they asked me to come to that office again.. 3 visits to update my info! Its crazy!!! Its 45 min driving.. They need to pay attention and do their job.. Getting citizenship is easier that updating ur info OMG!!!!

This branch is great. I went in to change my name after marriage and was in and out in ten minutes. I went on a Friday afternoon. Leonard was so helpful and nice. Would recommend this branch to anyone.

The customer service is horrible, most of the time I do not get my problem resolved, resulting in a return. The waiting area does not have enough seats for the capacity this office receives, and they do not make it easy for the hard of hearing by allowing loud talking and not putting to use the monitor that lights up with the # being served.

Website says they are open and I call. A recording says no one is available, and their most busiest times are early morning and the beginning of the month. Which at 1:15 on June 27 is neither early in the day or month. ud83dude21

The customer service representatives are ok to deal with, but the security guard is a different story. Very rude Everytime I have been there. The wait times are horrible.
