I reopened my disability file 13 months ago and in June 2021 my disability claim was restarted by the national office for the medical part of it. Since November or so in 2021 the local field office in Roseburg has been contacted several times and has not responded to the disability office in Arkansas to do the financial side of my case. Now it's going to be April 2022 and I'm still waiting for the Roseburg Oregon office to get back to the national office with the financial part of my case. This should never happen to anyone what so ever. And it's not because of the pandemic either. It's someone in the Roseburg Oregon office who has dropped the ball.

The employees here are absolutely ridiculous. Besides the security I think I have came across only one lady that has actually done a good job and she was working the front desk. But Jeri Stevens is a disgrace to this office. I have never been lied to or ignored by anyone like I have her. I have tried to make a complaint with her supervisor, Michelle, and she hasn't even returned me call. They need to clean house with the employees and get someone who actually does the job they are paid to do.I feel like I have been discriminated against and been talking to only a answering machine. I have left multiple messages and never once got a call back. Only reason I have actually talked to her is because I called to complain or confront her and she actually picked Up her phone. It is so sad to know the people that are supposed to be there to help us actually has no compassion or value in her job with the state. A simple thing has now escalated into shutoff notices, behind in multiple bills, no food in my house for my three children and no money for gas. All because I was told I would have my money three weeks ago.

I called the Roseburg office today fully prepared to be on hold for an unreasonably long time before I reached a representative. To my surprise, it took about two minutes.nThe representative that answered was polite, professional, concerned and very kind. Her name was Angel, which totally suits her.

Just wow! I was super impressed with this office! My entire visit took about 45 minutes and Julie was delightful, kind and treated me with respect. The Security Officer was also congenial to everyone. I will come here for all SSI needs in the future. Well done!

If I could givethis joke of a government agency negative stars I would. My husband and I go in last Thursday to get my last name changed, wait an hour for them to tell us we do not have the right documents. We find out what we need to bring for the next time, today, and wait 25 minutes for someone to tell us we still have the wrong documents. Absolutely outraged about the incompetent and apparently uneducated staff working here. We will be in again to see if we still can't get my last name changed.

Very rude and obnoxious. Clearly he wants to make it hard for seniors. This man should have extensive training on how to deal with the public.

So far two staff members have treated me like a complete waste of their time and I've never used impolite language or tones of voice with them.
