I don't understand why they don't answer their phone. I spent a hour on the phone, and didn't get anywhere. All offices have same number? I'm not good with online stuff. I tried, I don't believe it did any good. I just wanted to change my address...

I received fast service and a very polite thoughtful person helped me.nI went in at 1:25 pm and there was only one couple in front of me. They only took around 5 minutes, as did I.nI was outside taking a picture at 1:36, so showed the photos timestamp.nI only needed my Social security name changed. I have no clue as to what the other people that were in front of me were there for.nThat was So Much Better than driving all the way to Oklahoma City and standing in line for hours!!!!

Phone service not! My son had appt with Shawnee office. They said would only be able to mail the forms that was 6 weeks ago. Must have out sourced printing and mailing, from China likely come with free covid powder. LIARS

I was on hold for 13 minutes waiting for acustomer representativeto come on the line. It was close to 3:00 p.m. when they close. The lady claimed she could not hear me, which was a lie. She could hear me loud and clear. I was calling from a business, NOT a cell phone. She just wanted to get off the phone w/out helping me. I simply want to know if anyone is aware when the Shawnee SS office is closing. I am attempting to schedule appointments for clients. She was very rude and just wanted to get off the phone so she would not be delayed one second after 3:00 p.m.

I made an appt , it took 3months to get in. check in at the kios 30min before appt. lady called me back 20 minutes after appt time to tell me the kios messed up and someone would call me back soon. 50 minutes past appt time and i ask the same lady if i was in the appt slot and she said they already called my name. i told her no mam i have been sitting right in front of her the whole time. she told me to quit yelling at her and i told her i was not yelling but when she said that the security came up. and stood behind me. needless to say i went ahead of time for my appt and then was accused and treated like i had no right to be there. I cant believe it!!! I did not get my appt and left feeling like i walked out of the twilight zone!! Very rude.

I was unsure of how to rate my only other visit, so, since the Guard and the 1st worker were extremely nice, I rated a 3.nI went in there, IN PERSON (so nothing got lost in the mail or on the phone), to report my moms recent passing just days prior. The woman I reported this to was extremely helpful & really sweet.nI figured that since I was there, I might as well find out why they stopped part of MY income. This woman sent me to another desk. THERE, that lady left NOTHING TO BE DESIRED! She was the rudest, most angry human I have ever met! Now, as I said, my mom had just passed mere days prior to my visit. All this lady was doing was talking back to me, slamming papers AT ME & snapping at me while rolling her eyes! I was fed up so I said...(and if she reads this, she'll remember me)I'm Sad. My Mom Just Passed Away. Why Are YOU So Mad???She ignored me and walked away! I had to politely ask her if she will make me a copy of my DL...4 TIMES! She simply didn't want to copy it for me! She finally did, after snatching it from me and rolling her nasty eyes at me again...like I was bothering her. The copy she just slid across the desk in my direction was so dark that I had to re-copy it elsewhere. I told her that it may be a bit too dark for Miami Florida Vital Statistic Office. She said that's how they come out! I'm so sure they do. :/ So rude! I won't name her here...now...however...(and while I am skeptical about returning to THAT location and seriously considering driving all the way to OKC or ADA, which are 1 hour and 1.5 hours away), I will return to THAT location....just to see how it goes. I'm afraid. I'm VERY afraid! Be afraid for me too please.nnUpon my return, I WILL be reposting here...the good, the bad & the ugly, and will be posting names then.nnBecause THAT attitude, was 110% UNCALLED FOR! Js...nI HAVE considered that it may have been aRacistthing. And this, coming from someone who gets mad when people throw the race card around, eh? I just can't think of any other reason WHY this white girl was so mistreated there. *meh*nKk...Wish me luck folks. I do hope that for MY sake, things turn out well. lOl

fell in the parking lot on some ice. I depend on others for transportation so I was not able to take the appropriate steps to fill out an accident report. I have had a miserable injured knee and then fell in my tub. The # listed in the phone book is tty #. Not giving up may have a fractured knee cap.I am posting this for Dorse J Julian
