Apparently the local and national 1 800 numbers only function properly when they decide they want to take away from or harrass people.nAnd if you do get through by some miracle you will get a rude, uncaring and heartless individual that can never seem to be any help.nThey act as if we don't deserve what we've all paid for our entire Adu lives. They have forgotten that they serve us, not the other way around.nThey enjoy punishing disabled and elderly people!

Far better attitude ran the Lawton office. I got all my questions answered here without the lies and attitude problems I have had at the Lawton office. The Lawton office could learn a few things from this office.

Very slow. Only one window open most of the time. Seen 13 people waiting with one window around 10am. I go a lot and it's this way. You can never get the Chickasha office by phone. You get Lawton or OKC or even sometimes the national center who know nothing ever. I am very dissatisfied by this location. I gave one extra star because the employees are friendly.

Having been here a number of times the past few years, I have been impressed with the professionalism, warmth, and problem-solving skills of the staff. I am impressed, also, with the calmness of the staff whenunder firefrom clients who are loudly upset over the information received. Well done.
