    I was able to connect with a support person today 16 March 2022 @10:45am. I recalled the number and waited twice with the third time I had about a 8 minute wait before the call was answered. The gentleman was very professional and answered my questions about forms SSA 827 and SSA-3368. The call was quick because I had direct questions not a long narrative about my current issues. I recommend that if you want to find a walk-in location you may have to search one near your location...

    A trip to this office is a dread. There are always so many people there before the doors even open just standing in the freezing cold. Once inside, still waiting in line to get a number. Itu2019s almost guaranteed standing room only and then the very slow wait. It seems as though thereu2019s two staff workers and a security officer working with a couple hundred people that need help. Some of these people have no way to get anywhere else . This office needs more staff and seating to be ran efficiently. Itu2019s terribly outdated.

    They are only open for appointments only for extreme cases. The whole time I was here with a baby in the parking lot I saw three other people try to get in. They shouldn't list open hours if they are not open to the public. Their front door is gated off in the inside. The number they have to call for appointments does not pick up.

    Trying to get a replacement SS card Iu2019ve done everything they asked. Documents were returned some were missing I sent originals got back copies. They hang up when in mid sentence use the excuse itu2019s the phones lines yes theyu2019re having problems with phones according to their web site. But itu2019s been weeks how long to repair a phone line?

    Itu2019s ridiculous that they give you options to identify yourself other than sending your drivers license (that you need to get to work daily.) I sent in information three times that was told to me from a representative that what I was sending would be eligible instead of sending in my drivers license each time was denied, so now Iu2019ve sent in my drivers license and information the fourth time. I just find it kind of strange that we have to send our drivers license in to them if itu2019s something that we need on a daily basis.

    Wish there was an option for NO STARS. Have tried calling to ask a question twice - during regular office hours - no answer the first time waiting on the line over 20 minutes. This time I let the phone ring for over an HOUR. No answer! I just want to ask a simple question. We are new to some of the services provided by this office and I can't get any help. Unfortunately there is nocompetitionto go to for this same service. I need to turn in time-sensitive information and can't get any support what-so-ever. No one cares or will probably read this so likely wasting more time and effort for nothing.

    Without a doubt this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL Agency...forget about calling, they will not answer the phone even though the voice recording says to hold for the next available agent....total waste of time, all must be out to lunch! I wish I could give them 5 minus stars because that's the service they give.

    Can never get through any one. No way to talk to any one to get an an appointments. Extremely rude security guard who was angry when I went into the office door and knocked on the door during th office hours Friday around 11 am. There are office hours posted nothing is said about appointments only. He said to call the # on the door and there is only TTY but not customer service #. Very disappointed!!! Why these government agencies are rude and disrespectful to customers while they are there to serve tax payers.

    I have been trying to get hold of somebody for a week now. I doubt if there is anyone working. All other offices are open now only social security services are close. They need to reopen with the CDC guidelines.

    This place is horrible. If every other business is open my question is why aren't they...not one person is consistent or familiar with what I need. Tell me to drop off my info for the 3RD TIME. We were told the drop box was open 20-3. Get there and of course the hours vary. Not even consistent information

You cannot get through to anyone over the phone and when I went there to drop off paperwork at their request the security guard was rude and said I couldnu2019t go in while he stood outside doing nothing but talking to some girl. If your not answering phones or taking walk ins what are you getting paid to do? Sure seems like nothing

    Calling them regularly there is answering machine but never transfer call to representative and after long wait call automatically drop it happen all the time seems like we are living in 3rd world country office is close for public through phone they are non reachable what to do ?

    This social security location has been the worst! I called yesterday then after I waited 30 minutes as I was explaining my situation the guy hung up on me! Then today I call at about 11am and the lady was telling me that what the person I talked to last week said was wrong, and I was trying to explain what she told me and she hung right up on me again! My 2 year old daughter's dad just died, all I'm doing is what I get told to do, I can't do this on my own and they have made me so upset! I think this place needs assessed! Don't think they are there to help you because they are so rude!

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Iu2019ve tried to call three times, talked with a remote person who left emails with notes to call me back. I have heard nothing. Today I drove to the Georgesville Road office. And they are randomly closed from 1 to 3. So incredibly frustrating!
