This govt entity is supposed to help those less fortunate yet you can't even get in contact with them. You immediately get put on hold for long times and never reach another human being. No direct number, no emails, can't talk to people inside. How are we supposed to get hell when you're working against the citizens???
    Chaitra Mysore

She was so rude and hang up on me at the end !!!!! Iu2019m boiling now. People we have rights to get card replacement itu2019 should not be so big deal!!!

I have been trying to get an appointment with them since August. I need to get a card for my son. He's to young for me to get the information online. I talked to 2 different people and every time I get one more bit of information that they didn't give me last time. Extremely annoying! Then I was told that one of the managers would call me back they never did. I had my son at the beginning of covid and I never received his card. I was home everyday and I got nothing. When I went back to work I didn't think about it which is my fault 100%. so I called in August to see what I need to do and I've been getting the run around. I'm wasting paper and stamps because I send in a form and then call 3 weeks later and he tells me something else that I have to do. I'm getting no where.

Everyone at this office has been exceptionally helpful and very friendly!

Iu2019ve been on the phone for hours just trying to confirm an appointment and every time someone picks up they immediately hang up. Why work here if you donu2019t want to do your job?

Had an 11 am phone appt on 10/1/2020. Mrs Jackson called me right on time. I already had a lot of knowledge about Medicare and SS through my own research but she was extremely helpful in answering questions I did not have the answers to. The process was easy. She even followed up with a phone call to let me know my Medicare A & B was approved. Great job!!

Once the line starts ringing it always gets hung up. No one ever answers.

IS THERE ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONES?! IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THREE OFFICES IN THE LAST FOUR MONTHS!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS

Apparently they donu2019t have phones in this GOVERNMENT building because every time I try either everyone is too busy or I get hung up on immediately. They ironically have a check in computer that asks if you have an appointment, as if the people working ever answered a phone. Donu2019t bother trying to go in there youu2019ll have to wait multiple hours in the lobby just to speak to someone. When you finally get to someone to speak to theyu2019ll be snarky and rude and about as helpful as a flat tire. The most positive experience about this particular SS Office is leaving. At least the security guy is cool. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would but I canu2019t so 1 star will have to do.

I recently became a citizen...I needed to update my Social Security. The people very very nice...but I waited over an hour to get front of a person for literally three minutes. I got there at 11:27 a.m. and left at 12:47 p.m.

Was at the glassboro Office today to inquire about my retirement benefits come June of 2020 and the person assigned was Jordan and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for his pleasant attitude and being very respectful and patiently answered all of our concerns and questions. Keep up the excellent service.

Horrible customer service by stereotypical government employees with a badge complex and sense of entitlement. They tell you when your name flashes on the screen, proceed to the numbered cubicle. When my wife proceeds to the cubicle, the man working the cube is busy socializing with a female coworker. He asks my wife why she came up, and says, with an entitled attitude, that he'll call her when he is ready not when the screen is. They need some customer service training. We are, whether they agree or not, customers.

Great phone system. You can't even wait on hold? You need to just try to keep calling? Is this like a radio contest or is this government service?nnI guess I'll risk it, show up in person, and see how it goes.

Beginning in February 2017. The Social Security Administration agents, stopped useing their encrypted data I.D. cards. While transmitting data. Causing the agency receiving the data, to have an error code. So, your information is not processed. Intentionally causing delays in claims.

How do you reach a site manager? This is absolutely ridiculous. No one is there to schedule appointments all day.
    Travis Singleton
They told me to come there inorder to get my SS card and I asked if they were open and they said yes, rode a bike 10 miles each way and they were closed to the public and would not provide assistance as they had just said over the phone

    aziz Mohammed
Busy most of the time. There is no screen to display the numbers. The staff do not speak clearly. Every time I go there, I spend at least two hours
    Marissa Guidos
I waited 20 minutes on the phone just for the lady to be rude and condescending on our less than 2 minute conversation.

There is an annoying touch screen computer at sign in which is not very responsive. It makes for a frustrating registration experience.
