    After making six different calls and sitting on hold for over 15 minutes each time, only to be disconnected is more than frustrating. Add the fact that the individual I finally talked to was rude and talked over the top of me before I finished my question. These calls would be less painful if he/she (Jan) would just LISTEN!

    Workers are rude. Hard to communicate with. They have routinely made mistakes with my disabled sonu2019s benefits. They work for the government, and act like they can do and say whatever. Horrible office! The lady will just hang up, and when you call back she hangs up phone before can say anything.

    The worse experience ever waiting on my phone call forever, they hang up two times. How long after the covid , how long after people been vaccinated, how long after every body wearing a mask is going to take to see person in person at the office.     Unbelievable they are not open. This business should be open. I guess I donu2019t understand why they are not open. Everyone is dealing with the same pandemic what makes them special.nnI do not feel comfortable sending original documents in the mail. Everywhere else is open and makes no since they are not open. Talked to a women here and incredibly rude.nnI was told to send my documents here. They told me sorry wrong place to send to. It should be sent to North Platte. Now I have no idea where my sensitive paperwork is. Anyone can have my information. The women over the phone was no help. She said she doesnu2019t see it. I had it tracked to their building. But again said they never got it.

    They say it takes 2 weeks to receive a replacementnsocial security card, but it never gets here within two weeks. Iu2019ve had to call them twice and each time they have not sent it because they need to u201cverify your informationu201d. Theyu2019re also really grouchy and unpleasant to work with.

    Had to replace a ss card. The wait was almost an hour. There was only one window open. About 5 people ahead of me. The lady at the window was very very nice (she is the only reason you get 3 stars). I would give her a 5 by herself. She made it easy and she was very pleasant. They need more staff! If you go here expect a very long wait. If y'all are grumpy when you get to the window I am sure they will be too!!! They are people too and they are trying to do their job. The other people being impatient and annoying in the waiting area are the real problem!!! Manners people!!!!!

    Got every thing done in an acceptable time frame. I was in and out in 30 minutes flat. I had to make some changes to my SS account, fairly simple but necessary. Everyone was friendly and professional to me, even the guard!

    The moment that you walk in the door you are made to feel unwelcome. You have to deal with a machine to get a number then no instructions no info on how long the wait might be. There were lots of people in the building but only one person being helped at one window at a time. I suggest making an appointment before going to this office. Otherwise you may be there for a very long time.

    Place is a joke lobby half full and one person to help you.. And the so called rent a cop is a joke also I've been waiting him and when someone comes in and asked what to do all he can do is point and doesn't say a word.
