I'm on Disability, I moved this month and turned in all my proper paperwork. But 2 and a half weeks later I haven't got my check. I called 5 days ago and they said that my check would be deposited in 3 to 5 business days. I called again on the 5 day. Cause my check has not been deposited yet. The first time I called I got hung up on. 2nd time I called and said I would get a call back cause I have a hold on my account. REALLY!! The lady said that I have all my proper paper work turned in and don't know why I have a hold on my account. So she sent the lady who put a hold on my account a message to call me asap! I'm about to get put out on the street, lights turned off and I JUST MOVED IN!! So I've been waiting for her to call me back today. I've waited by the phone till 5 and nothing! I'm having a severe panic attack now! Thanks guys your really showing a lot of compassion here! I've done everything right so why are y'all treating me so bad!

I was hung up on seven times from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Theemployeesrefused to give their names & It's just plain wrong to treat people this way! Clearly they just are collecting a check pushing the call onto anothercoworkertil clock out time. I'd give you negative stars if the rating system allowed.
