It's very disrespectful for representatives to hang up on you and not call back. I can never get any help it's always there's nothing I can do to help or tell you about the case. Lord, I understand you have a job, but at least help the customers better than y'all do instead of doing nothing!!!!!

I spoke with Bryant at Columbus office and he was amazing! Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. It was such a pleasure to speak to this polite and knowledgeable young man.

This office has been great help for me. They took the ball and ran with it! They answered all of my questions and provided me with support. I appreciate all that they did and continue to do.

Really not too fair to judge the quality of service for any organization for the past couple years due to the stupid COVID and the lack of people wanting to go back to work because of theStay home and we will pay youpackage from our government.nI was on the phone for over 45 min waiting but finally did talk to someone and my questions were answered efficiently.nJust try to realize the situation we all are in and hopefully, there is a light at the end of the tunnel somewhere.

Called today. On hold for around 15 minutes. Started with music, then beeps, then nothing. Wasn't sure if I was still connected but my phone showed I was still on call. Gentleman answered and was to the point but answered all my questions.

Rating = 0.5 star - I have been trying to call for weeks. Nobody returns calls or answers the phones. Benefits are on the line.

I've called 4 times over 2 days and the call never is accepted. I can't make an appointment and I can't reach anyone to speak and the main office can't help me. Absolutely ridiculous

Refuses to answer the phone, we have serious questions. And they are delaying and hanging up on our calls, lazy people, who dont care about their job dont know how to do it and its obvious.

I am having trouble getting my sonu2019s SSI payments sent to his new address, but Iu2019m not getting anything done!! Is it because of covid?

This office is a waste of taxpayer money. Do NOT call them because you will only be placed on hold for eternity. Drove to Arnold St., office is CLOSED due to Covid. Youcommunicatevia a DROPBOX where you are to place ORIGINAL documents in an envelope and drop it in. No assurance/guarantee if it will be received by SSS staff. No way to trace the progress of your case. These people are getting paid to do nothing. Do you have vacancies?

Just want to check on status of filing made 3 months ago. Repeatedly on hold for 20 minutes before it says good bye and hangs up automatically with no way to leave a message or like most businesses these days, keep place in line for a call back.

    Amanda Cooper
They do not return calls. I have been calling repeatedly for unit DLG, and she hasn't returned a call since March. It's now December. Her supervisor won't call either.

My wife and I went in to file for SS without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and were processed immediately. The representative reviewed our filings completed on line and went thru various options open to us for our disabled son. Could not have been more pleased with his interest and time taken for our situation. Very polite, considerate and professional.
    Curtis Brown

My wife went there to change her name, told her that she had the wrong form, called the clerks office that gave us our certificate and they said it was correct. I had my disability taken away because i havent been to a doctor in 3 years, why go to a doctor when they are gonna say the same thing after 6 total hip replacements,to much scar tissue and not enough muscle, well i fought their decision and got it back now I'm being given the run around, they said it is a glitch in the system,I was told I could go in and receive at least a month check,I went in and the man told me they dont do that so someone is lying....
    J McCarthy
Horrible experience! R.L.M. Is rude, chews gum while she is talking, and speaks over people. The security officer, Thompson enjoys his pseudo authority and intimidates people as does R.L.M. Horrible example of government employees.
