Nobody ever answers the phone due to covid they don't want people in the office it's ridiculous ud83dude44.... And now they're making so different people have different rules ud83dude44 ud83dude12 so I have told the doctors in Missouri to start calling them and not me I'm sick and tired of getting questioned to death when social security is NOT doing their job

They are rude and hateful. They are disrespectful to people on the phone and hang up on them. They donu2019t like office visits with covid still being a thing. They are evasive when appealing decisions wanting only to do them by phone and then get rude to disabled people. I have physical disabilities that keep me dependent on them and now Iu2019m also having anxiety after dealing with their rudeness.

Called to change address many times and got no where for months.

First guy we dealt with was nice and helpful, but when we came back with our paper work we ended up dealing with another fella. This guy was curt, unpleasant and just rude. At the end of asking my 16 year old questions I simply asked if the DMV would take the letter he gave me as proof to get an ID. He could have replied that he wasn't sure or something along those lines, but instead he told meIt's between you and the state. WHAT!?!?REALLY?!?! How about a simple NO IT WON'T WORK. YOU NEED THE PHYSICAL CARD......

Answered phone right away, the very nice gentlemen helped me without transferring me over to 5 departments. I have called 4 different offices with wait times of over 50 minutes told me no information available this guy was professional and I thanked him over and over. Great experience.

I understand they get a lot of calls and deal with some rude people but that doesnu2019t mean they have to right to be rude to those of us who are polite and use manners when talking with them.nnLady I spoke with today at West Frankfort,IL office was beyond rude!!

Trish never returning calls. I have been trying for 2 1/2 months to get answers. Something so I know if things are ok or I need to have other things taken care of.

Hard to deal with a couple of people that work at the window my stepson needs physical proof of his number until his new card comes in....they refused to give it to him....many places want physical proof and won't wait two weeks for it....trying to say it's been that way since 2014 when that's completely not true at all...I personally know for a fact a person can have it printed out for them.
