Security Guard was as rude and Condescending as possible. Barking out orders at myself and my wife like we were little kids. No one else was in the facility at this time.Iu2019ve heard other complaints about this individual.Something should be done about this disrespectful individual. This was at the Peru Illinois facility on Wenzel Road on April 14th.

Just came from the Office in LaSalle. The man that I talked too was very rude. I was trying to ask a question so I wouldn't make a mistake and he said everything was set-explanatory and just fill it out and send it in. At one point he said he wasn't going to waste his time and help. This person should not be working with the public people especially the older ones. I just hope everything is right when I fill it out. I also told him my Accountant said to go to the office and talk to them in person. He saidshe had no right telling me to come to the office. That was wrong. This is all NEW to me and you are here to help us. I wish I knew this guys name. I would love to report him. This guy doesnu2019t deserve to work there.

Called about a problem with my social security number and the lady I spoke to was of absolutely no help. She refused to even listen to what I was saying. No concern for the fact that someone had my number.
