This place is useless with employees that will only mess your paperwork up, refuse to work with you and will ignore your messages and telephone calls. N and P are probably the most useless who will tell you to your face they understand and will put in what you asked for and then turn around and do squat.nnI should've just struggled even more then deal with these people who only gave me stress and anxiety in life.

If only there were a zero star option. Thesepeoplesat on my name change request for nine months, blocking and stonewalling me at every turn. I had to file a formal discrimination complaint with the Social Security administration in Washington to get them to act! Public servants, sure. Unless they don't agree with your lifestyle, in which case they feel they have the right to deny you your rights as a citizen.nnHmm, that sounds like the rant of a crazy person. ud83dude42nnBut they drove me to it. And I know I'm not crazy because the Social Security Office of the General Counsel is moving forward with a formal investigation of my complaint. So hopefully Mr. Guyer, the (imaginary?) desk-weasel who refused to return seven months worth of phone calls will find himself on the hot seat. And if there's any justice, out of a job. And he can take Mrs. Cerrado with him on the way out the door.

It is a Government agency that show its incompetence at it's finest. Oh, and if you think that Armed guard is there to protect you think twice.

This SS office is one of the most helpful, professional, and customer service oriented that I have ever experienced! Both in person and by phone.

Rude people, un organized (government what do you expect). And when you need a Armed Guard to Protect the employees, that should tell you something.
