This office has a great representative named Sean. I called in to return his call about my IRMAA appeal. He was very helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the filling out a SSA-44 form. He was professional, helpful and kind. I hope his supervisors appreciate the great job he is doing!

When I get to talk to an agent, and I have done it several times over the years, they are most helpful. I think they are wonderful, thoughtfulnAt the moment, I am waiting for them to take my call. I am sure I will get the same care. If not,I figure that some one has abad hair day( I've had those, ) I don't take it personally. and so ...,may be if I be nice. ... It works at other places. ................................................................................IF I DON'T LIKE WAITING I CAN GO ON LINE, WHICH I DON'T LIKE DOING, SO I WAIT. ......I think it would be nice, if I could LEAVE my phone number, and they call me. I have to go out, so I may have to call another time. I'll wait a few more minutes more. ..
