Here SSA has around 30+ serving windows hence really big capacity. Seems now they are opening more and more of those windows and even allowing applicants not having prior appointments but yes they need to wait a longer time as appointment holders will get the priority.nParking is not an issue here as they have decent capacity parking.nDon't worry if (only if) you missed to carry application form or need any corrections at the last moments, staff are very helpful and they will do their best to assist.nThe security officers at the gate are very helpful. They really takes good care of elderly applicants and assist all way possible.

I had great experience talking to a nice lady named Alyce. She kindly explained to me the situation, what action she will take, when I should call back to follow up. She's best agent I have ever worked with.

Second time I've waited on the phone for 40+ minutes. Then the phone just disconnects, no warning. This is the best our government can give us? Glad my taxes are going to good use.

Appointments only. No one will answer my call! I waited 2 hours. This is horrible! This is how our government serve the people? Horrible!

Almost NO one is allowed in side without an appointment. You must call in.nI spent over 1 hour waiting for a answer, when i did the person didn't know how to give me help.WHAT?nI asked for a Supervisor, she said she would go ask and told me to hold. 45 more minutes went by and i got hung up on.nI called back and waited another 38 minutes for some one to pick up, explained all over to yet another person. She tried many things to no avail. She said she would speak to her Supervisor and call me back.nWell, it's going on FOUR days.nNO call back !!!nIf they are reading this, call me back (You have my number).

Went here to put documents in drop box. The very handsome security officer allowed us to drop documents off inside. He also volunteered us an envelope and tape. That's customer service beyond everything I might have expected.

Yes. The wait was long.nnTake a good book. Or even better yet make an appointment. i did not know that they took appointments and i was in a hurry so i did not bother. Those who made appointments, very much like the DMV, got their issues handled more expeditiously.nnBut when you get there and you see how many people need the service one must sensibly recognize that things are going to be slow.nnOnce I was called to a 'window' to speak to someone to deal with my particular issue i could not have been more pleased.nnThe Person was knowledgeable, helpful and most pleasant. i have no complaints.nnI think that those that do not understand having to wait (too many of us in these days where a lack of concern for others seems to run rampant) need to discipline themselves.

I brought my mom here 10 min to 2pm which is our appointment time yesterday. And we waited for more than one and half hour, and finally we see some person around 3:30pm. I have asked the lady in window 9 three times. And her reply is you wasting my time... just sit there and wait.... And when I say I have sth else to do, she told me if I want to change another time for the appointment( at this time, I have been waiting more than 1 hour). This place is ridiculous!!!!!

People say DMV is bad, not at all, the social security office is the hell on earth. You waited an hour just to be told to wait another hour at least by the lady sitting behind the window. If you came in feeling full and happy, you'll experience hunger and mad while you wait. I can't wait to get out of this hell.

Had a appointment time and waited over an hour past my brothers appointment time to be called. Waste of time. Don't understand how they make appointments and have people sitting around. Needs better management to get these people to do there job!!!

I've heardthis behaviorfrom the past when this office was on Aborn Rd near White Rd. It seems like the workers there they own the business and they are mistaken this office is a Debt Collection or something that they are trained to be rude and unprofessional or no need education. The city has to be aware of this issue.

Picture the DMV. This is what it's like. There is no clear direction when you walk in. I saw a lot of elderly people walk in and be confused as to what to do, and the security guards would not take initiative to help them.nnWhen you come in, go to the kiosk and sign in and grab your ticket number.nnThe wait was about 40 minutes without an appointment.

Worst experience. Wait times are over 2 hours. The receptionist don't speak properly and don't provide any info.nnI don't understand why it cannot be improved.
