This Office is the worst. the people are always rude , unhelpful and useless. I have had a payee that is committing Fraud and this woman named Kathy was defending him. this office should be closed and everyone working there should be fired.
I Was on the phone for 30 min I found out that they posted the wrong phone number They need to change it.

Absolutely unhelpful. The woman I spoke with was rude and hollow. She was unwilling to provide any* information. Giving one star because the only helpful thing that happened was answering the phone.

Everyone in the building took a lunch break and left 15 people in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Maybe opening more than one window would get the job done also. 0/10 would not recommend
