    Tried calling to make an appointment for a month, no luck, either got hung up on or sent in an automated message loop that lead to nowhere. So I show up. Canu2019t get in the officeu2026 ran into an employee in the elevator and explained my situation. His response-which I am sure is a script- was u201cwe only have 25 employees and we canu2019t answer every callu201d yet, he still urged me to call the number to make an appointmentu2026 when I repeated what he said about 25 employees he then said u201cour phones system was down today.u201d Iu2019ve heard that one beforeu2026 then he shifted to u201cwe only take 20 appointments a day and we are scheduled appointments for several weeks ahead.u201d Then when I tried to plea and ask if I can just get an appointment he said u201cweu2019re supposed to be reopening in April.u201d At that point I just became frustrated and realized that showing up in person was no different from getting hung up on or sent in a loop for the past month. DPSS in Glendale GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE! This is shameful.

    My husband passed away and I was told that they will call me with an appointment but nobody call me for over a month. So I went to the office and they told to make an appt. But this system is unbelievable!! Call doesn't to through and keeps hang up on me. I am mad.

    I donu2019t understand how anyone suppose to conduct business with them. I was told by a company that assists me in my disability claim, that I need to call to attest that I actually did apply. Iu2019ve sent Glendale SS office my original documents that they asked for, and got them back - so of course, I applied for it! I left the person I suppose to contact, 5 messages, and never got called back. Now I am trying to reach someone at the office for 10 freaking days, calling every day 3-4 times with no success. According to the advice of organization, that assists me, I am calling to get just ANYONE on the phone, and am getting hung up on every single time.     They won't see you if you don't have an appointment, but you can't get an appointment because they never pick up the phone and their automatic HOLD system basically hangs up after a half hour. Impossible to get help. Really frustrating.

    Trying for 2 MONTHS to find out the status of my Part B application. There is no Part B listed under my benefits at My medical coverage from current employer expires at end of month, so that leaves very few working days for me to get into the system. TWO MONTHS i've been working on this and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! They are also not taking appts. I am LIVID beyond words.

    They falsified a letter claiming a doctor had done a negative disability evaluation when he never saw the patient my friend and never got any information at all. The SSA office workers were caught by the doctor who sent the SSA Glendale office a certified letter refuting them and noting libel. They then falsified another letter claiming in the first paragraph a negative decision had been made, listing a doctor who they never contacted had been part of it, and then admitted in the last sentence nonmedical evaluation had been done at all. Glendale SSA gave two checks a month to Cris Case a man who moved into my home and robbed it a lot. They gave a SSA case to Eric C apparently for pay. They're bad news and apparently corruption rules the day.

    Biden hopefully will keep his policy he spoke in when swearing in new federal employees. He said if the acted deceitful and unprofessional they would be fired. I think the Glendale DPSS would be consulted and the district manager and the man with close shaved beard and moustache who yelled at us for no just cause and slammed down a metal door at us and two security guards and two attorneys at the end of day should be reviewed and fired, and the female lady who came up with four false stories on Jan 30 2021 should also be let go for deceitful misconduct, and public safety and to improve customer service.

    Mrs bayburtyan is an unpleasant rude callous employee. She does not care what you have to say. She will yell at you and act angry even though we are the ones trying to get help. We have called her almost everyday as we were told to and she gets frustrated with us?! We have ALWAYS been kind and professional except the last call I yelled back because she makes you feel so desperate. Horrible woman and I wish my calls would goto someone else but I have to go through Glendale the court says.

    I got here around 2pm on a Monday and I didn't have an appointment. My number was called within 20 minutes and the guy at the desk was very friendly and polite. He sorted everything within 10 minutes, I'm very happy with the service!

    I called this place 3 times, have been helped by 3 different people. The first two were very nice and tried helping me as best as they could to resolve my issue. One of their names was Eder(or Edder) he was great! Another lady which I regret not taking her name was also sweet and definitely wanted to resolve my issue and she did. But today, I was helped by a rude and arrogant operator or whoever she is. Her name is MS. CASAS. She didnu2019t want to give me her first name saying they didnu2019t give first names out which is a lie. Told me what I needed was u201cimpossibleu201d because they u201cneveru201d do that even though the other two people that helped me made it u201cpossibleu201d. MS. CASAS is both arrogant and ignorant in her job. They should either retrain her to be more polite and helpful or fire her and hire someone who is more willing to help others. Iu2019m sure lots of people would love to take her seat.

    Such a rude and racist social security officer(Sykes) that I have ever seen: While I was waiting on my seat, I was playing with my phone without sound and he came to me and told me that I can't use my phone???? Whereas people round me were using their phones, then I ask him why I can't use the phone if everyone is using, he said that's what I want. I was very frustrated and wanted to know his name he didn't provide me his name and was hiding his badge.     Definitely go on a day that is not as busy as other days, as it makes a tremendous difference. I went twice: once on a Monday (took 1 hour) and once on a Tuesday (in and out under 10 minutes). Thank you SSA for the quick, friendly service!

    These place is a nightmare. They have 30 windows and only 3 windows are open. Where are all the workers? Out to lunch? You have hundreds of people waiting patiently. This place moves very very slow. Much slower then DMV. This is worse then Hell. Within the hour, they have only called up 3 numbers. I am very disappointed on how this place is running. Very inefficient! People have things to do. I can't be waiting 8 hours here. Can we hire a few more people? This is terrible. Avoid coming here if you can.
