    I think the key is to get here early and get in line before the office opens at 9 am. We got here about 8:20 and there was a few people ahead of us. By 9am there was about 20 people in line but many had their spouse with them. Obesity the doors open you go to a kiosk and get a number. Find a form if you need one and get it filled out before you go to the window. We were out of there by 9:15. Very painless compared to the DMV but we just had a simple task.

    - Parking lot is weird with no pass thru, so if you do not find a spot you will have to do a three point U-turn.n- Got my number/ticket at the office entrance and waited about an hour to get to a counter.n- Many people do not answer when tickets are called so pay attention.n- Was not aware that they do have appointments until I went into the office.n- Woman at ticket counter number 1 at 1:45 pm on 02/10/2015 was very nice and helpful, and easy to understand.

    I've found the people working here extremely competent, which is extremely reassuring since you are here with questions regarding your benefits! The security person, sits at a desk with a view of the entire room, oversees the smooth flow of activity. When he notices people are having a problem registering in the system to generate a place on the wait list, he would help them or when people's numbers are being announced, he would prompt them to be seated at the window.

    Went on Tuesday evening, and the service was fast and great! Only took me 30 to 40 min total for the wait and at the window to finish the paper work. The staff at the window are really nice and helpful. Heads up they close at 4pm

    Social security office in Daly City are super slow. So full and pack of people waiting but staffs don't even care. One staff at window 10. 03/25/19, are taking her time to call for next customer, she seems so tired and bored and sleepy. She will call customer but if customer doesnt response, she will wait til 10-15 minutes before 2nd call. What kind of goverment service are they providing. They have 11 windows but 4 windows are working super slow.

    The service had more trouble. One person needs to waiting mkre than 2hours, may be longer. There have 11 service Windows. Only open 5 Windows. But jus have 4 worker can help you. But someone just sit there and play cellphone.
