Horrible service. I called to get my name changed after my wedding and the lady was so rude to me. She said if Ididn't want to mail them my pretty marriage certificateI could request a copy from the county clerk. Thanks for making a happy time unsettling. Rude. Sterilization should be used on lots of government employees to keep them from reproducing and adding more a-holes to the population. Sorry my marriage makes you angry. I am sorry to all of the citizens who have had to deal with these people!

I can always get help until the one girl answers the phone. Saying im not a payee and cant get help for my dads social security unless my dad calls. I've always called and never have an issue unless this lady answers the phone. Horrible service.

The Staff do not even know what the rules or qualifications that are on the social security administration website and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. And all we were trying to do is get our son that was a home birth a social security card and had followed word for word as far as accepted documents according to their website. And we were told that was not good enough for there office although it is anywhere else in the United States. The lady we spoke with was very rude and judgmental and ended up with a attitude when we asked for a supervisor and said that she wasn't going to bother her supervisor for this

If I could give 0 stars, I DEFINITELY would!! I've been trying to fix my name for about 3 years now. They're not doing anything to help! We've talked to other people, and they ALL say that Social Security is the only one that can fix it. Guess I'm not getting my ID card. The people people are EXTREMELY disrespectful!
